When you book your vacation rental on our website or by speaking with one of our Gulf Coast based call center representives, you can rest assured that you are getting the best deal available for that property/unit. We take pride in offering the best deals and helping our guests get the most value for their vacation dollar. For this reason we offer a simple but powerful promise - If you book with us and then find a better price somewhere else, we will match it + rebate you 10% of the difference as a bonus or offer a full refund.

 


How does this work?

If you book a vacation rental with us either online or through our call center and then you find a better rate within 24 hours, you just submit the information indicated below and Gulf Coast Reservations will refund the difference + 10% of the difference or give you a full refund in the rare instance where our property managers are unable to do a price match.

 

How do I submit my Best Rate Guarantee claim?

To submit your Best Rate Guarantee claim, email bestrate@gulfcoastreservations.com and include:

  • Your name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • What unit type
  • Arrival date
  • Departure date
  • Website where you found the lower total rate
  • Total cost of lodging
  • Phone number of listing source

 

A representative will contact you within one business day via email or telephone.

  • 1- Rate must be for a professionally managed (no VRBO) rental at the exact same property, be the same unit type, same number of guests and same currency. Max rebate of $200 if unit's property manager offers fewer than five such units at subject property.
  • 2- Guarantee is based on total cost of lodging, including all taxes, fees and surcharges whether charged when booking or scheduled for collection onsite at check in or check out.
  • 3- Departure and arrival dates must be the same.
  • 4- Lower rate must be viewable to all general consumers online.
  • 5- Rate cannot be a bulk rate for group travel, travel organizations, or available to members of membership clubs or programs.
  • 6-Guarantee does not apply to credential, negotiated, convention, award redemption, coupon, package, or travel industry rate programs.
  • 7-Guarantee does not include websites that “package” travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or food components.
  • 8-Program does not apply to rates offered without the specific hotel/rental and location being disclosed until the consumer completes reservation.

 

You must submit the claim by emailing bestrate@gulfcoastreservations.com within 24 hours of booking your original reservation. GulfCoastReservations.com must be able to verify the lower rate on the other website. Once we have determined that your claim meets all the terms and conditions of our Best Rate Guarantee and has been properly submitted, we will issue documentation of your refund amount to be received within 30 days of your check out.
